Shipping Fee Policy
It is important to note that a fixed shipping fee of 5 US Dollars per item is applied to all orders. This fee is mandatory and non-negotiable, and it will be automatically calculated and added to your total order amount at checkout. The shipping fee is charged separately for each item, and it is not affected by the destination country/region, package weight, order quantity or order amount—every single item will be subject to a 5 US Dollars shipping fee.
Order Processing and Delivery
After your payment is confirmed, we will process your order within 1-3 business days, excluding Hong Kong public holidays and weekends. For standard international shipping, the estimated delivery time is 7-15 business days, which may vary slightly depending on the customs clearance speed of the destination country/region and the efficiency of local logistics. Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a logistics tracking number, allowing you to check the real-time delivery status at any time.
Customs Duties and Import Taxes
For international orders, your package may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other clearance fees in the destination country/region. These additional charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer, and INNOVATION WANDA TRADING COMPANY LIMITED does not bear any related costs, nor does it provide tax reimbursement services. We will not be liable for any delays or losses caused by customs clearance issues.
Watch Return Exclusive Terms
To protect the integrity of watch products and ensure fair transactions, all returned watches must meet the following strict terms. First, the watch must be returned in its original, unused and undamaged condition, with all original packaging (including watch box, user manual, warranty card and tags) and all accessories intact. Second, returns will not be accepted if the watch has scratches, wear, artificial damage, or if the original protective film is removed. Third, the fixed 5 US Dollars per item shipping fee is non-refundable, regardless of the reason for the return, including product quality issues. Fourth, the buyer shall bear the return shipping fee, unless the return is caused by wrong delivery or confirmed serious quality problems of the product by our company. Finally, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service for return shipments and keeping the tracking number for verification to avoid package loss.
Lost and Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, missing or severely damaged during transportation, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours after the estimated delivery date. For damaged watch products, you must provide clear photos or videos of the outer packaging and the damaged product for verification. After our verification is completed, we will provide you with appropriate solutions such as replacement, refund or compensation according to the actual situation.
